Privacy
Sweet Spot aims to keep its privacy posture straightforward. If you browse the public catalog without signing in, the core experience is primarily about reading pages, viewing metadata, and following links to legitimate streaming services or stores. If you sign in or use account-based features, Sweet Spot may process the information needed to operate those features, such as account identifiers, session data, and the preferences required to remember your experience in the app. Like most modern web products, the service may also collect basic technical information needed for security, performance, and debugging, such as device, browser, or usage context.
Sweet Spot does not present itself as a marketplace for selling your personal data. The intent is to run a reliable catalog and make the app work well, not to gather more information than the product needs. Information may be shared with the service providers required to host, authenticate, secure, or maintain the app, and it may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the integrity of the service. Availability and product data shown on concert pages often come from third-party retailers or streaming platforms, and those destinations are governed by their own policies once you leave Sweet Spot.
If you have a privacy question, want to request deletion help, or need to report something sensitive, email founders@sweetspot.stream. The legacy privacy route at /privacy-policy remains available, but this page is the preferred destination for current privacy information.
