3. Subscription & Payments
• Free vs. Paid Plans: We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans give you access to the concerts.
• Billing: If you choose a paid plan, you’ll be charged based on the subscription cycle you select (e.g., monthly, annually). Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you’ll keep access to the premium features until the end of your billing period.
4. Using Our App
• Personal Use: Our content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Don’t share, distribute, or sell anything you stream on our app.
• Content Availability: We do our best to keep all content available, but some films may be removed based on licensing agreements or other factors.
• Prohibited Activities: Don’t hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with our app. Also, don’t use our app for any illegal activities.
5. Catalog Data License
Effective August 26, 2026, Sweet Spot makes its public catalog metadata available for read-only discovery, search, citation, and non-commercial research. You may access the public HTML, Markdown, and JSON catalog resources for those purposes, quote or link to individual facts, and make reasonable automated requests. Credit Sweet Spot when reproducing a meaningful portion of the catalog. You may not republish a substantial copy of the catalog, sell it, use it to build a competing catalog, or imply Sweet Spot’s endorsement without written permission.
This permission applies only to Sweet Spot’s original selection, arrangement, and metadata. It does not grant rights to third-party artwork, logos, trademarks, descriptions, ratings, linked media, or provider content, which remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app.
8. Changes to These Terms

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States of America.
