That inbox is the right place for catalog corrections, broken store or streaming links, missing concert-film suggestions, artist image concerns, and general feedback about the web app. If you are writing about a specific title, including the concert name and a source link makes it much easier to review quickly and keep the catalog accurate. Email is currently Sweet Spot’s only published contact channel; the project does not publish a phone number or a postal office address.
Sweet Spot works best when the information is specific and verifiable. Helpful messages usually include one or more of the following: the exact release you are referring to, the retailer or streaming page you found, the format details that appear to be new or incorrect, and any region-specific notes that could affect availability. If you are reporting a missing link, it is perfectly fine to send a niche retailer, label store, or currently unavailable disc listing as long as it is a legitimate source. The catalog is intentionally practical, so concrete evidence is always more useful than a broad description.
